We always aim to meet your expectations — if something isn't right, we'll work with you to get the direction correct. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied at the concept stage, we'll refund you in full. Once the concept is approved and the full design is underway, we're unable to offer a refund. 

 Your design will be delivered as a set of PDF documents in A3 format — ready to share with your landscaper or contractor. 3D visualisations are included as high-resolution images. If you'd prefer a different format such as A4 for home printing, just let us know before we finalise your design and we'll be happy to accommodate. 

Yes — if you only need specific documents, you can order them individually or in any combination. Whether it's just the 2D layout plan, 3D visualisations, a planting plan only, or any mix of documents, get in touch at info@click-garden.co.uk and we'll put together a personalised offer with a secure payment link. 

No — Click-Garden is a design-only service. We provide all the documents your landscaper needs to quote and build accurately. However, we work closely with a number of trusted contractors and in some cases may be able to recommend one in your area. Get in touch and we'll see what we can do. 

AI can be a useful starting point — it can help you explore styles and get a sense of direction. If you just want a nice image to visualise an idea, AI will do the job. But if you want a functional design you can actually build, with materials you can actually buy, AI won't get you there. It doesn't work to a budget, doesn't check whether materials exist in the UK, and can't produce the accurate dimensions and quantities a contractor needs to price the job. That's where Click-Garden comes in. 

Payment is taken securely via Stripe. You pay for the concept layout upfront — if you're happy with the direction, you then pay for the full design package. Add-ons can be requested at any stage and are invoiced separately via a secure payment link sent by email. 

No — Click-Garden provides garden layout and design guidance only. Our documents are intended to help you plan, visualise and brief your contractor. All dimensions, quantities and material specifications should be verified by your contractor on site before work begins. Click-Garden accepts no responsibility for discrepancies between the design documents and actual site conditions. 

Every package includes a set number of revisions before final delivery — one for Small, two for Medium and three for Large. Changes requested after the final design has been delivered require redrawing all documents and are therefore subject to an additional fee. Get in touch and we'll let you know the cost based on the scope of changes required. 

Yes — front gardens, side passages, courtyards, roof terraces and other small outdoor spaces are all welcome. Smaller projects often cost less than a full garden package — get in touch and we'll give you an individual quote based on your space.

You can fill in our online questionnaire at any time before placing your order — no payment required. It covers everything we need: photos, measurements, style preferences, budget and wishlist. Once submitted, we'll review your brief and confirm your order. If you're not sure how to measure your garden or what photos to take, we have a full guide on our website to walk you through it. 

That's absolutely fine — most clients have a general feel in mind but aren't sure how to describe it. Our questionnaire includes visual references and material options to help you express your preferences. If you've seen something you like — a photo, a Pinterest board, an Instagram post — just send us the link or attach the image and we'll take it from there. If you're still unsure, just tell us what you don't like and we'll work from there.
