Comparison of Plans*

All communication is conducted via email to avoid any oversights and to protect both the client and the designer.

      1. Submit Files and Await Approval

• Send your files, adress and discriptnion to info@click-garden.co.uk and wait for the designer's approval along with an estimated project completion timeframe, which will be communicated via email.

      2.  Initial Payment

• A fixed fee of £100 is required to initiate the process. This amount will later be deducted from the total cost of your selected plan.

      3. Concept Delivery

• After receiving  payment, we will create and send you a simple concept for your review. Minor adjustments can be made upon the client’s request to ensure the concept aligns with your vision.

      4. Approval and Final Payment

• Once you approve the simple concept, we kindly ask for the remaining payment according to your selected plan to allow us to proceed with the next stage of your project.

      5. Project Execution

• Upon receiving the final payment, we will begin working on your project.

      6. Refund Policy

• Please note that after completing and delivering the simple concept, payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
